SELF-REGULATION

The Romanians' teamwork produced this fine final outcome on self-regulation:

Auto-reglare

--------------------

Read selected by the Romanian students to find out Amanda Morin's 6 ways to self-regulate.

--------------------

An activity from STRENGTHS WATCHING TIPS (Lotta Uusitalo-Maimivaara and Kaisa Vuorinen, 2017), selected by the Finnish students:

Choose a week and challenge yourself in situations where you need self-regulation.

Think about each situation where you used self-regulation.

In what way(s) was it useful?

How did you feel when you succeeded to regulate-control yourself?

--------------------

The Spanish team came up with the idea of STRENGTHS PERFORMANCES - the creation of short movies focused on the different strengths. The students, divided into groups, were given a card with information about the scene they had to perform (situation, strength, characters). They created dialogues and they recorded short videos. All the performances were gathered in a film. This is the card for SELF-REGULATION:

You live alone with your dig and you work in a circus. You are a comedian. Suddenly, you have gone to wake up your dog, but he doesn't wake up. He was very old and he has died. Tonight you have a very important show at the circus where you work, and you have a lot of new jokes, but you feel very sad. The show starts in 12 hours!
