Well-being is an indicator of quality of life. In activity 2 we set out to bring wellness into our classrooms and show you too
WELLNESS IS LEARNED, DEVELOPED, PRACTICED!
That's why we entered every class of the project partners in December, motivated to see how students can learn, develop and practice well-being. To create the feeling of well-being, we made things welcoming our favorite season, WINTER. We split into groups. Each group was represented by at least 2 different countries. Each group made a video demonstrating the well-being of their group. The purpose of the activity was to enable the children to: to recognize their own worth, build good relationships and work well with others, form a team, to develop positive relationships and respect for others, to understand diversity and differences, development of safety awareness, to develop confidence and self-esteem and make informed decisions about personal and social choices.
