Dear partners,

In this activity we invite you to explore the characteristics of light and how colours are formed.

Our students will discover that natural light is the result of all the colours together.

We will also paint rainbows and learn how they are formed.

In order to reach this objective, we will make colour wheels and by spinning the wheels they will realize how the sum of colors is white.

Research 'How Easter oats grow' in the light and without light''.
We poured soil into an eggshell, sprinkled seeds, and watered with a spoonful of water.
We placed one box in a warm sunny place, and the other in a dark place where there is no light.
After a week, we already saw the difference. The Easter oats that grew in the light were firm, dark green in color. And those that grew in the dark were elongated, greenish, and delicate.

We made a sundial and observed shadows in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the afternoon. We also explored reflections in the mirror and celebrated "eTwinning“ birthday.
