Our Project Code of Conduct
✨ Our Project Code of Conduct ✨
Following our first project meeting, we agreed to adopt the official eTwinning Code of Conduct. To ensure that all students clearly understand the key principles, we created a shorter, student-friendly version during our citizenship lessons with the guidance of our ICT teacher and a bit of ChatGPT to nicely rephrase our ideas. Feel free to review it, and if you notice anything missing or have suggestions, you're welcome to contribute! 😊
🌟 Let’s make our Twinspace a safe, enjoyable and friendly learning space! 🌍💬
As eTwinners, we all agree to follow a few simple but important rules to make sure everyone feels respected, safe, and included. Here's what really matters:
🤝 Be inclusive
Everyone is welcome here! We celebrate different cultures, opinions, and backgrounds. Be kind and open-minded when working and chatting with others.
💬 Be respectful
Talk to others the way you want to be talked to. Always be polite, listen to different ideas, and never use hurtful language.
🌈 Be tolerant
It’s okay to disagree , but always do it with respect. Let’s focus on finding solutions and learning from each other.
😊 Be friendly & polite
Use kind words 💖. Whether we’re posting, commenting, or messaging, let’s keep communication clear, positive, and thoughtful.
📌 Important rules to follow
🚫 No bullying or harassment. Ever. If something doesn’t feel right, tell a teacher or report it.
🚫 No commercial stuff: This is a learning space, not an ad zone.
Respect privacy: Don’t post pictures of others (especially students) without permission.
🧠 Respect Copyrights: When you use images, videos, music, or texts in your work, make sure they are free to use or that you have permission. Give credit when it’s needed ; we respect each other's work!
🙅♀️ No fake profiles – Be yourself, not someone else.
🔐 Respect Privacy & Data Protection. Be careful with what you share! Don’t post or share personal information like full names, addresses, or contact details, yours or anyone else’s.
💻 Smart & safe online hehaviour (Netiquette)
📬 Don’t spam: Only send messages if they are really relevant.
ջ️ Comment with care:Only post helpful and related comments.
👥 Invite with intention : Only send invites to people who are truly interested.
👀 Follow, don’t flood: You can follow others to stay updated instead of randomly adding them.
🚨 What if something goes wrong?
If you see or experience anything that breaks these rules. Tell your teachers.
📩 They will contact your National Support Organisation
Remember: repeated violations can result in being removed from the platform. So let’s all do our part to keep this space positive and productive! 🌟
