Jazykový kurz pre učiteľov nemeckého jazyka sa konal v dňoch od 1.7.2024 do 12.7.2024 vo Viedni. Celú výuku i program zastrešovala organizácia ActiLingua Academy, Reissnerstrasse 61. Spolu so mnou sa výuky zúčastnilo ďalších deväť učiteľov z Vietnamu, Poľska a Českej republiky. Kurz prebiehal v dvoch fázach : odpoludnia a popoludní. 

The language course for German language teachers took place from July 1, 2024, to July 12, 2024, in Vienna. The entire teaching and program were provided by the organization ActiLingua Academy, Reissnerstrasse 61. Along with me, nine other teachers from Vietnam, Poland, and the Czech Republic participated in the teaching. The course took place in two phases: morning and afternoon.

V priebehu odpoludnia sme sa venovali zlepšeniu vyjadrovacích a jazykových kompetencií . Prebiehali práce vo dvojiciach i v malých skupinách, ale mali sme i samostatné práce najmä na prípravu na ďalšie dni.  Vymenili sme si pozíciu učiteľa spoza katedry za pozíciu žiaka v lavici. Diskutovalo sa na rôzne témy, pracovali sme s literárnymi textami, piesňami, hrali sme rôzne hry – pexeso, domino, hry s kockou. Učili sme sa kooperácii, empatii i inakosti navzájom . Pracovali sme s viacerými učebnicami, obrázkovým materiálom ako i s novými aplikáciami, ktoré sa dajú výborne využiť vo výchovno – vzdelávacom procese. Táto časť bola zameraná najmä na  didakticko – metodické aspekty. 

Popoludní bol program zameraný na kultúrne a historické aspekty. Túto činnosť zabezpečoval nám pridelený lektor, alebo odborná sprievodkyňa zo Zväzu cestovného ruchu mesta Viedeň. Takto sme mali zorganizovanú prehliadku okolia školy so zámkom Belveder, navštívili sme múzeum Secession, obrazáreň Albertina, historické jadro mesta s výkladom. Veľmi zaujímavé boli i hudobné a filmové večery, ktoré prebiehali priamo v areály radnice mesta. Samozrejme s množstvom stánkov s rýchlym občerstvením. Zoznámili sme sa aj s ich gastronómiou a rakúskymi typickými jedmi ako Wiener Schnitzel , či Kaiserschmarrn. Ochutnali sme aj ich výborné druhy káv, ktorých je tu skutočne mnoho a spoločný piknik pri brehu Dunaja bol v týchto letných, horúcich dňoch príjemným spestrením tohto pobytu. 

EN: During the mornings, we focused on improving our expressive and language competencies. We worked in pairs and small groups, but we also had individual assignments, mainly to prepare for the following days. We swapped our positions as teachers at the front of the class for the position of students in the desks. We discussed various topics, worked with literary texts, songs, and played different games – memory, dominoes, dice games. We learned about cooperation, empathy, and mutual respect for differences. We worked with several textbooks, visual materials, and new applications that can be excellently used in the educational process. This part was mainly focused on didactic and methodological aspects. The afternoons were dedicated to cultural and historical aspects. This activity was provided by our assigned lecturer or a professional guide from the Vienna Tourist Board. We had an organized tour of the school's surroundings with the Belvedere Palace, visited the Secession Museum, the Albertina Gallery, and the historical city center with a guided tour. The music and film evenings, which took place directly in the city hall area with many food stalls, were also very interesting. We also became acquainted with their gastronomy and typical Austrian dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn. We also tasted their excellent types of coffee, of which there are truly many, and a shared picnic by the banks of the Danube was a pleasant diversion during these hot summer days

Spolupráca s vedením inštitúcie ActiLingua Academy bola na dobrej, priateľskej úrovni. I samotné vyučovanie prebiehalo v konštruktívnej a pozitívnej atmosfére. Lektori sa snažili svojím prístupom, aby im porozumel každý zúčastnený a motivovali nás k aktívnej komunikácii. 

Výborná bola i spolupráca so študentmi z iných kurzov, ktoré prebiehali pararelne s našim. Pripravili si pre nás rôzne aktivity napr. „Stationlernen“  – výuka na stanovištiach. Mali sme možnosť sa vzájomne spoznať a �Dz��dz󲹳پ�ť.

Ubytovanie  v študentskom domove  Haus Burgenland 1, Bürgerspitalgasse 17 – 19, 1060 Wien zodpovedá priemernej úrovni. Ako ubytovaní učitelia sme boli sklamaní, že sme nemali prístup do kuchynky, ktorá bola na každom poschodí. Chýbala nám možnosť zaliať si vlastnú kávu , alebo čaj podľa potreby ako i častejšia výmena osušky. / za 2 týždne ani raz !!/ Mnohí bývali v rôznych častiach mesta. Do budúcnosti by bolo vhodné, ak by účastníci kurzu mohli bývať spoločne na jednom mieste. 

Všetkým učiteľom cudzích jazykov doporučujem takýto pobyt. Je to skvelá príležitosť porovnať seba, svoje vedomosti s kolegami z iných krajín, vymeniť si skúsenosti a posunúť sa o kúsok vpred, tak po stránke odbornej ako i ľudskej. 

EN: The cooperation with the management of the ActiLingua Academy institution was at a good, friendly level. The teaching itself took place in a constructive and positive atmosphere. The lecturers tried with their approach to make themselves understood by every participant and motivated us to communicate actively. The cooperation with students from other courses, which ran parallel to ours, was also excellent. They prepared various activities for us, such as "Stationlernen" – learning at stations. We had the opportunity to get to know each other and enrich ourselves. Accommodation in the student residence Haus Burgenland 1, Bürgerspitalgasse 17 – 19, 1060 Vienna corresponds to an average standard. As accommodated teachers, we were disappointed that we did not have access to the kitchenette, which was on each floor. We missed the opportunity to make our own coffee or tea as needed, as well as more frequent towel changes. / not even once in 2 weeks !!/ Many people lived in different parts of the city. In the future, it would be appropriate if course participants could live together in one place. I recommend such a stay to all foreign language teachers. It is a great opportunity to compare yourself, your knowledge with colleagues from other countries, exchange experiences, and move forward a little, both professionally and personally.
