Motivated teachers are bringing new skills into the school environment and the quality of education is increasing by their implementation. Our pupils will experience it during lessons and local activities and the satisfaction of their parents will increase, too. Motivated teachers will take part in changes through the organisation. We want to support the networking among the people of the same profession. The intersubject collaboration will become better and we surely support the good practise exchange among the teachers even out of our school.
The project should enable our pupils to learn in an adventurous way. During group mobilities they will use their various knowledge in a practical way, they will gain skills for personal growth of participants. All the project members will strengthen the skills needed for the life in the 21st century such as their self-confidence, communicative language skills in English, digital and manual skills, ecological and critical thinking. They will strengthen social relation with same-age peers.
