Ƶing objectives

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  1. Communicate effectively in English in both spoken and written forms across a range of professional and intercultural contexts.
  2. Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, recognizing key differences in communication styles, etiquette, and values across diverse English-speaking cultures.
  3. Engage in meaningful intercultural exchanges, applying appropriate language, tone, and behavior to foster mutual understanding and respect.
  4. Use digital communication tools (ICT) such as email, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative apps to interact clearly and professionally in English.
  5. Critically analyze communication scenarios, identifying potential cross-cultural misunderstandings and proposing strategies to overcome them.

Methodology & assessment

Interactive Workshops
Face-to-face or live online sessions focused on speaking practice, role-playing, and intercultural communication simulations.
Task-Based Ƶing
Participants will complete real-world communication tasks (e.g., writing professional emails, participating in virtual meetings) using English in meaningful contexts.
Project Work
Ƶers will collaborate on ICT-enhanced group projects (e.g., preparing a multimedia presentation or podcast), incorporating both language skills and cultural knowledge.
Digital Ƶing Platforms
Asynchronous learning will be supported by online modules, discussion forums, and language practice tools for self-paced progress and reflection.
Case Studies and Problem-Solving Activities
Participants will analyze intercultural communication scenarios and propose strategies to navigate them effectively.
Guest Speakers / Intercultural Encounters
Where possible, learners will interact with native or fluent English speakers from diverse cultural back

To support an engaging, interactive, and modern learning experience, the following resources will be used:

Certification details

At the end of the course, each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion, which will include a detailed summary of:

  • The language proficiency level at the beginning and end of the course (based on CEFR or internal assessment tools)
  • The communication skills acquired or improved during the course
  • The participant’s demonstrated ability to use English in intercultural and digital communication contexts
  • A description of completed course components (e.g., project work, presentations, collaborati

    The course package includes workshops and classes. It does not include transport or accommodation. There will be some local snacks provided at breaks, but not regular meals. 

    A sigthseeing tour will be available for extra fee, depending on the participants` needs.
