This five-day course empowers teachers to explore the vital connection between their own well-being and the mental health of their students. Through a mix of theory, reflection, and practical activities, participants will discover effective strategies for promoting emotional resilience, managing stress, and fostering supportive school environments.
Description
The course also highlights inclusive approaches and the use of digital tools—ranging from mindfulness apps to ICT solutions—that help track and support mental health in diverse classrooms. A special focus is placed on the emerging role of artificial intelligence in education, offering a glimpse into how AI can assist in early intervention and personalized student support.
Participants will leave inspired, recharged, and equipped with practical tools to promote mental well-being for themselves and their students.
