🗣 Introduction & Icebreakers

We kicked off our first week of the "Laugh & Ƶ" project with an energetic start! To warm up our minds for the world of creative writing, we began with fun and interactive icebreaker activities.

Students introduced themselves using humorous and imaginative sentences, played word association games, and collaborated on creating silly short stories together. These activities not only helped everyone feel more comfortable but also sparked inspiration for the writing tasks ahead.

It was the perfect way to break the ice, boost creativity, and set a positive tone for the rest of the workshop!

When everyone has played in pairs, we have kept on playing in a championship. Some of the pupils has gained 3 points (having given 3 right answers): the pupils with 3 points have played again in another turn.

The final winners have been the pupils having gathered other 3 points.

We've had 7 winners!

“Two Truths and One Lie” – An eTwinning Project Activity

As part of our eTwinning project, we played the classic icebreaker game “Two Truths and One Lie” to get to know each other better and practice speaking English. Each student shared three statements about themselves – two true and one false – while others tried to guess which one was the lie. This fun and interactive activity helped students develop their speaking and listening skills, build self-confidence, and connect with their peers in a playful way. It was a great opportunity to practice English in a relaxed and friendly environment!

eTwinning Project: Introduction & Ice-breaker - Two Truths and a Lie

(Week 1)

In our first eTwinning project, we played a game called Two Truths and a Lie.

Each student wrote three sentences about themselves. Two of the sentences were true, and one sentence was a lie.

We shared our sentences with our friends. They tried to guess which sentence was not true.

It was a fun activity. We learned interesting facts about our friends. We also practiced English while playing the game.
