The essence of the project is to prepare recipes of partners´ countries´ national dishes. The recipes will include the list of ingredients, instructions and video instructions showing the whole preparation of the dish by students themselves. The recipes then will be shared with partners who will try to prepare the dishes and will take some photos of the procedure and the final product to compare with the original national dish and share with all cooperating countries. Additionally, preparing quizzes, puzzles, etc. based on the recipes and dishes is intended. Key words: cookbook, recipes, national dishes, video instructions
