Description
Gender equality refers to the belief that all individuals, regardless of their gender, should have equal rights and opportunities. This includes equal access to education, employment, healthcare, and equal rights under the law. In the context of education, gender equality means ensuring that all students have equal opportunities to succeed and that the learning environment is inclusive and free from discrimination. This includes addressing stereotypes, bias, and discrimination that can negatively impact certain groups of students, such as girls or gender non-conforming students.
