During the course the teachers will share their personal interests and leanings, and explore how these might be applied to their lessons. They will learn how to produce low-prep, low-tech lesson plans applicable to a wide variety of fields. They will test out practical, ready-made activities for their classroom and acquire strategies to prevent burnout which hampers teachers’ creativity.

During the course the participants' activity is continuously encouraged, observed and assessed.

The evaluation is a combination of formative and summative assessment with the end result - continuous learning and further application of gained knowledge and skills.
