We designed this program so that participants not only learn new information and coaching techniques, but also get the opportunity to try it all out for themselves. The coaching techniques can be used to better engage students in the classroom, but can also be useful outside of the learning process. We will look at tools for mentoring other teachers so that trainees can create a culture of continuous learning and development around them. ������Ƶ the difference between teaching, mentoring, and coaching; and how to use appropriate facilitation techniques to get students more interested in learning.

Together  we will practice techniques for creating a positive learning environment built on values, creativity, patience, and empathy. We will learn to incorporate activities that require and enhance sensory perception into the teaching process. Importantly, we'll repeatedly practice the skill of giving and receiving feedback, which is crucial for any personal growth.
