Description

The content of the one-week intensive course is designed to give teachers the knowledge and tools to integrate the concept into the teaching of different subjects. This can be science, geography, biology, but also mathematics or foreign languages. The course will teach you innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to engage your students in exploring sustainability in enjoyable ways; for example through project activities, case studies, and other real-world examples. You'll get educational materials, digital tools and information resources so you can seamlessly integrate green topics into your subject teaching.

Topics include current global energy issues such as renewable energy conservation, analysis of emitters, carbon footprints, and more. What is biodiversity and why is it important, how the interconnected processes in the biodiversity system work, and what are food chains?
