“Tackling digital addiction and promoting healthy digital habits”
Introduction: The topic we have decided to address together with the Romanian partner that will host us during our Erasmus+ mobility in Romania is certainly highly relevant. We hope that the activities we are going to carry out with our students will have a great impact on their behaviours with regard to the use of new technology and therefore the Internet with all its possibilities. The European Union is very aware of the risks that teenagers run when surfing the web and it is no coincidence that it runs information campaigns and passes laws to protect young users. There are also a number of health problems linked to prolonged use of devices and what can be described as a real digital addiction.Initially, we will propose to our students (a sample of course) the viewing of a video and an initial reflection on their personal way of using the Internet and digital technology, through the administration of a test, the results of which will be commented on through the forum tool.
