Our project aims to educate students in the correct use of technology to combat the digital addiction of the younger generation and prevent it with the right strategies. We want to develop in our students a greater awareness of internet use, self-control and promotion of healthy digital habits, making them realise that these are fundamental to building the necessary resilience against the problems that result from excessive use. At the same time, we also want to promote a kind of digital detox by encouraging outdoor activities and moments of real socialisation.
