This eTwinning project, which brings together future teachers from different European countries to explore and discuss educational policy in relation to their own practice and professional development. To ensure ease of access and active participation, the project is designed to be simple yet meaningful. The Forum is structured around multiple discussion threads: the first one serves as a general introduction, while the others focus on specific policy-related themes such as inclusion, bullying, numeracy, literacy and more. The goal is to deepen students’ appreciation of how educational policies are shaped by and adapted to different contexts. Students have the freedom to engage with any topic(s) that resonate with their interests and to exchange perspectives with peers who share similar concerns. We encourage them to participate at least three times per week over a two-week period, resulting in a minimum of six exchanges. For students, this project offers the opportunity to select a policy area relevant to their practice and complete an extended policy casing report. Their engagement will provide valuable international perspectives, helping them understand how policy is shaped by diverse educational and socio-political contexts. Potential tasks for this project include participants identifying an area for future learning as part of their teaching portfolio. By interacting with peers from diverse backgrounds, they will gain insights that foster a more global outlook on their professional growth. Each partner in the project will integrate these learnings in a way that best aligns with their teaching objectives. We look forward to seeing how this exchange enriches future teachers' perspectives and deepens their understanding of educational policy and practice beyond their national context.
