The importance of environmental education in societies has been clear over the last decades. As creating a lifelong effect on human behavior should start at an early age, schools are the key institutions that have a critical role in raising awareness in society. Considering the high number of schools, their adopted policies and actions in environmental issues play an important role for the whole community. In this project, the current actions of the partner schools are going to be examined and compared by sharing experiences. This project aims to act in a very significant area for the whole human beings. Except for teaching at schools, we need to take more serious actions on environmental issues. These concrete actions will enable students and the community to learn by being involved actively in the planned actions and take the attention of the local authorities. In this way, they will gain awareness and adopt permanent behaviors to be lifelong habits.
