This project was created in order to present the student side of KA101"WhatYouRealizeYouChange My World"project,which is carried out with the participation from different countries of Europe,to monitor/evaluate the development of special education students.Students participating in this project have learning difficulties,emotional/behavioural problems,speech and language difficulties,visual and aural impairments or physical disabilities.The achievements will be determined by joint decisions according to the different practices in participant countires’ curriculum and students will be encouraged to reach this achievements by the ways they prefer.Student progress will be evaluated with different methods,and a hybrid and peer special education education will be applied.The evaluation module to be developed in the KA101 project will be introduced to the teachers in the project,and the evaluations of the work done in the project will be written into the module academically.
