At the outset of the project, the students will begin by examining the megatrends that European companies are currently facing. Following these analyses, all students will collaborate to determine the key characteristics they believe are crucial for a European company and entrepreneur to be successful in today's market. Subsequently, each participating class will conduct a survey within their school and personal networks to gather insights on how these agreed-upon characteristics are perceived and evaluated. Using the established framework, the students will then form mixed European teams, with each team developing a business concept for a company operating across Europe.
