Starting with 2023, Casa Corpului Didactic Cluj obtained Erasmus accreditation for consortia formed by rural schools. We consider that the inclusion measures addressed to teaching staff working in rural schools must be enriched by an activity supported by teaching mentoring centered on good practices of valorizing training experiences through Erasmus internships in school activity, in the classroom for school teaching staff from the countryside. Regardless of the number of years of teaching experience, this support is necessary. We have assumed this role and we aim to support 40 rural schools and 100 rural teachers until 2028.
How we will facilitate the transformation of these schools is an accepted challenge, and as far as our organization is concerned, we want to perfect this approach.
Our organization, a training center for pre-university teachers in Romania, with county coverage, is located in Cluj-Napoca, the heart of Transylvania.
We would be happy to find dialogue partners in this endeavor, we invite you to join us for future cooperation projects and more, which will support this endeavor.
