In today's rapidly changing world, the skills needed to be successful and gain competitive advantage are constantly changing. This is why we aim to develop our students' 21st century skills in our project, which we call the Skills Century Project. The Skills Century Project is a project that offers a comprehensive training and development program to raise individuals who are prepared for the workforce and society of the future. Our project aims to provide participants with basic 21st century skills such as critical thinking, creative problem solving, effective communication, digital literacy, collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship.
