General Report on the State of History Teaching in Europe

OHTE General reports are longitudinal studies on the state of history teaching in Europe that use a methodology developed by the Observatory’s .
The first report provides a current statusof history teaching in the OHTE member states, and consists of a comparative analysis (including background and context), key information per member state and a technical appendix.
Future reports will allow for a longitudinal overview of history education to reveal changes and developments over time.
