Hi, I am Alexia Micallef Gatt from the sunny island of Malta. As part of my duties as Head of Department for Science Education within the Secretariat for Catholic Education I support primary and middle school science teachers with their work. I am also a teacher of science and biology and am currently teaching primary science year 6 and middle school science year 7. I form part of both eTwinning and Scientix as an ambassador. I am very passionate about fostering creativity in education namely in STEM subjects. I am also very interested in STEAM, education for sustainable development and SDGs, innovative pedagogies and digital literacy. I look forward to working with you and forming connections through etwinning.
