About the project Reading books is incredibly important for children. It expands their vocabulary and helps them develop independence and self-confidence. A child may begin to imagine where the characters are while reading. They can even create their own little worlds. Reading develops their imagination by forcing them to imagine what the character really looks like and who they are. Reading helps them improve their vocabulary, communication and grammar skills. For this reason, we created our "Zumru Phoenix" project considering these problems. Students will read a selected book in their country, discuss the story, draw pictures and dramatize part of the book. We will have online events related to the book.
