Every child is unique and special. Man cannot be deprived of 'meaning' and no two people are alike. Averages never reflect reality. Actually, no one can be represented by numbers and graphs. In schools, where intellectual development should be the main pillar, children should not be alienated from the society they live in and themselves with anxiety for success. Our mission is not to create a society whose souls are overwhelmed and overwhelmed by its own insignificance. We, teachers, have to put aside classical teaching patterns.
