Neurobiologist with scientific, research experience and special pedagogical training in adults and children for in person and distance education. I am particularly interested in disseminating and promoting the Science of Biology to the general public (environmental and neurobiological scientific activities) as an educator and research associate, while I have participated in the writing, submission and management of European and Greek research projects. I have authored more than 20 publications in international and Greek scientific conferences, high impact factor journals and in a collective volume published by Springer. The application of Differentiated Teaching to highlight the value and talents of each student and his integration into the learning environment is the main form of application of my teaching work. Distance education provides opportunities and possibilities in this direction. My interest and experience effectively contributed to the integration of new practices in the programs of the Hellenic Pasteur Institute and WWF Hellas, closely following the field of STEM education and technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In this context, I gained knowledge and experience in the design, implementation, training and evaluation of educational workshops at national and international level.
