This immersive tropical island retreat is designed specifically for educators seeking to strengthen their mental resilience and enhance their well-being amidst the demands of today’s educational landscape. In a serene and restorative environment, this course empowers participants with practical tools, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques to support both their professional and personal lives.
- Practice Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Engage in guided mindfulness sessions by the beach and forested areas to learn sustainable ways to incorporate relaxation and mindfulness practices into their routines.
- Ƶ Stress Management and Coping Strategies: Through workshops on cognitive-behavioral strategies, journaling, and personal stress management plans, educators will develop skills to manage school-related pressures.

Methodology & assessment
Continuous assessment - continuous observation of participant’s activity
Evaluation criteria:
Preparation, level of engagement in class, listening, questioning and discussing, problem-solving, group/partner teamwork
Evaluation procedures:
The evaluation will take place in the hosting organization and will be conducted
by teacher trainers at the end of the course.
Recognition conditions:
At least 80% course attendance
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Participants are not required to bring laptops or tablets. Mobile phones will be utilized for select activities throughout the course.
