This 25-hour (5-day) Erasmus Training course is designed to provide early childhood educators with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies necessary to effectively support students with special needs in inclusive classroom settings.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify and understand diverse special needs commonly encountered in early childhood education.
- Develop and implement inclusive pedagogical approaches that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of all students.
- Adapt and modify curriculum materials and activities to ensure accessibility and engagement for students with special needs.
- Employ effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and social-emotional development.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with parents, specialists, and support staff to create a cohesive support system for students.
- Create and maintain accessible and inclusive learning environments that promote participation and success for all children.
