We started teaching Spanish at FU International Academy in 2000. Since 2005, our school got approved by Instituto Cervantes, the main Spanish institution in Spain. Our teachers are native Spanish speakers and have degrees in teaching Spanish to people who are learning it. They really love teaching and want to help you achieve your Spanish goals.
During classes, we speak in Spanish, so you get used to different Spanish accents. Plus, you have the entire afternoon to practice if you want. And guess what? You also get to experience Tenerife, a lovely and lively place – the best spot to explore and learn!
The course includes activities such as a welcome breakfast, a visit to the Botanical Garden, a salsa and bachata dance class, a yoga session, and beach volleyball. Additional activities, such as a surfing trial lesson, a cultural tour of the city, or wine tasting, incur an additional cost. On the weekend, it is possible to book excursions to visit island highlights like the national park.

The course aims to assist advanced-level participants in:

In addition to traditional classroom materials, we emphasize the importance of real-world and meaningful resources found beyond the classroom. We guide students to different sources of information to enrich their understanding.
Our goal is to empower students to become independent learners. We provide strategies to enhance their autonomy, teaching them not only what to learn but also how to learn effectively. This approach encourages self-reliance and lifelong learning skills.

The advanced Spanish course uses diverse materials and tools to enhance learning. Textbooks, literary works, and articles refine core language skills, while digital tools like apps and interactive exercises support vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. The fee includes the course fee, the organization fee and some leisure activities in the afternoon.
Optional extras, such as accommodation or transportation are available at an additional cost. Weekend excursions to explore island highlights, including the national park, can also be arranged.
