Description
Our courses, developed in the framework established by the Erasmus+ Programme, are crafted to include both formal and non-formal education methodologies. Starting with a theoretical approach to the Outdoor Ed., we proceed with non-formal learning strategies to guarantee and stimulate an active contribution from the participants.
To achieve our goals we implement:
- Analysis of study cases
- Role-plays
- Technical visits to local private and public institutions
- Conferences with local professionals to exchange good practices
Workshops to rethink old practices and introduce new ones.
Ƶing objectives
- Ƶ how to take advantage of the environment that surrounds the school so that it can be experienced, enjoyed, and integrated into the academic curriculum.
- Address the fight against climate change and develop a school project that promotes environmental conservation.
- Improvement of his/her linguistic and cultural competence by sharing experiences with fellow participants.
- Getting awareness about strategies and resources on environmental conservation and physical-sports activities in the outdoors.
- Getting knowledge of different strategies to bring the class outdoors or bring the outdoors into the class.
- Getting awareness about the SLOVENIAN Educational System at its different levels (Primary, Secondary, and VET)
Methodology & assessment
At the end of the course, participants are expected to hand out an online portfolio on the NTR e-platform with their reflections and improvements.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Participants will have access to the course folder, where they will find:
1) ASSIGNMENTS Folder: Where the teachers must upload one assignment per day related to the course content.
2) PRESENTATIONS Folder: Where the teachers will find all the information on the lessons taught in the course.
3) INFORMATION Folder: This folder contains information such as the course agenda, participant contact information, and group photos.
Access to these folders will be via the QR code found on the accreditation card that will be provided on the opening day of the course.

Our courses are structured to enable you to request 9 days of individual support for your subsistence costs. This includes 7 course days and an additional 2 days for travel.

Course FEE includes:
- Materials, speakers, and classrooms related to the conferences in the course.
- Transportation to all field visits included in the agenda.
- Admission to museums and national parks.
- Local guide + NTR staff for the entire duration of the course.Course FEE does NOT include:

Cancellation & changes:
What CAN be reimbursed:
Some courses may require a minimum number of participants to operate. Should the course be cancelled due to this, the affected participant will be fully refunded or may choose a similar training course. Courses cancelled by New Teaching Resources due to unforeseen events will be reimbursed in full.
What CAN NOT be reimbursed:
- Any person failing to appear on the day of the beginning will not be refunded.
- No refund will be given for any portions of the training unused by the participant after course starts regardless of the circumstances.
- No means of transport purchased by the participants will be reimbursed in case of a training being cancelled.
- No hotel reservation fee made by the participants will be reimbursed in case of a training being cancelled.
