Shared leadership is an approach to leadership that involves multiple individuals in decision-making, problem-solving, and other aspects of leadership. This approach is effective in promoting inclusivity, collaboration, and decision-making that benefits all members of a community. In inclusive schools, shared leadership is especially important, as it can help ensure that the needs of all students are being met and that the school is operating in a manner that is inclusive and equitable.

Methodology & assessment
• Filling out the Pre-course survey to tailor the course activities to participants’ needs
• Daily reviews of learning outcomes in the activity “Daily sum-up”
• Filling out the Evaluation Questionnaire at the end of the course
