Throughout the program, educators will learn about the key actions and evaluation criteria of Erasmus+, gaining insights into its inner workings.
Our course also focuses on practical aspects, including the creation of alliances, establishment of project structures, utilization of European platforms, and navigating the
application process with confidence and precision.
Participants will be guided through the entire project lifecycle. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of each stage, participants will be empowered to navigate the project journey with clarity and purpose.
As a culmination of the course, participants will have the opportunity to develop their own
project ideas and engage in a simulation exercise to tailor application forms to the specific needs of their educational institutions.

Participants will engage in dynamic workshops and real-time project simulations that mirror actual project management scenarios. This experiential approach ensures that learning is not only theoretical but also practical.
The assessment of learning is conducted through reflective practice sessions scheduled after each activity; Through guided reflection, participants assess their understanding, discuss challenges faced, and identify potential solutions, ensuring that the skills developed are directly applicable to their roles.

The program provides a range of materials, digital tools, and other learning resources to support the experiential learning methodology.
Materials: All necessary physical materials and learning spaces are provided by the program. The school has specifically designed these environments to optimize learning sessions. In addition to on-campus facilities, the program utilizes learning spaces outside the city and immersed in different educational environments.
Certification details
After participating in the course, you will receive a participation certificate issued by CELEI, Center for Project management in Erasmus Plus. Additionally, you will receive the Europass Mobility Certificate.
