Description

This workshop offers teachers a valuable opportunity to take a creative break from everyday school life and at the same time learn methods for relaxation and personal development. Through intuitive painting techniques, guided fantasy journeys and the use of affirmations, participants will be able to unleash their creativity and develop a positive mindset. The methods learned help with stress management, activate creative power and can be used in the school environment to support students. The trainer illustrates coaching card sets and provides them with affirmations. The experience of working with images and language in training, coaching and counseling rounds off the workshop and the painting sessions wonderfully.

Creative self-awareness: The workshop offers teachers the opportunity to discover and live out their own creativity and incorporate it into their everyday teaching.
Develop a positive mindset: Testing the effect of affirmations and incorporating them into the creative process in order to develop a positive mindset and strengthen it on a daily basis.
