Description
This course covers goal setting (OKRs and KPIs), habit development, cognitive neuroscience, efficient learning techniques and holistic wellness practices to improve performance, such as physical activity, sleep, mindfulness and nutrition.
Participants will acquire knowledge, to improve their habits and routines, and practical skills to develop in team management, teacher and student performance and school education policies through an international collaborative learning context. They will also improve their interpersonal skills, foster international collaboration and exchange best practices.
By applying these concepts, they will enhance their personal and professional performance and foster it in their students as well. This program equips educators, trainers and leaders with the tools necessary to excel in diverse and multicultural environments, ultimately contributing to excellence in education and personal growth.
