
Moodle Course for Teachers and Platform Managers
The Moodle course is designed to provide teachers and platform managers with all the essential skills needed to effectively manage courses and resources on the platform. Through a practical and detailed training course, participants will become familiar with the main functionalities of the LMS, learning how to create and administer structured, interactive and engaging training content.

Day 1: Introduction and User Management
- General introduction to Moodle
- User interface overview and navigation
- User profile management and personal settings
- Mass import of users and mass enrolment in courses via CSV
- Preparation of CSV files for users and courses
- Q&A and user practice
Day 2: Course Creation and Management
- Creating and configuring a new course
- Course structure and main settings
- Types of available resources (files, folders, links, pages)
- Q&A and user practice
Day 3: Interactive Activities and Assessments
- Creation and management of interactive activities: Forums, Tasks, Quizzes
- Evaluation and feedback management
- Overview of H5P for interactive activities
- Workplace certificate manager
- Q&A and user practice
Day 4: Conditional Access and Monitoring
- Introduction to access criteria
- Configuring conditional access to tasks and resources
- Monitoring progress and task completion
- Using and configuring badges
- Q&A and user practice
Day 5: User Management and Advanced Reporting
- Managing roles and permiss

The aim of the course is to enable participants to fully exploit the potential of Moodle to improve organisational and teaching efficiency by offering them tools and skills to manage users, courses, interactive activities, teaching resources and advanced monitoring and reporting systems.
At the end of the training course, participants will be able to:
- Create and manage autonomously structured courses in Moodle;
- Import and manage enrolments and users in bulk mode;
- Configure customised training activities and resources;
- Apply conditional access criteria and monitor users' progress;
- Manage advanced evaluation, feedback and certification systems (badges);
- Use advanced reporting and content backup tools.

In addition, each participant will have access to an individually configured personal Moodle environment, where the skills learnt during the course can be applied in a practical manner and deepened.
This environment will allow autonomous exercises to familiarise themselves with the different functionalities of the platform.
