This course is designed to help educators enhance their mental health and overall well-being by exploring practical techniques for stress management, mindfulness, and emotional resilience. You will learn to recognize stress triggers, apply relaxation strategies, and foster a balanced lifestyle. The course emphasizes the healing power of natural environments. Educators will also explore how to create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere, helping both themselves and their students cope with everyday challenges
Ƶing objectives
Participant is going to acquire the following competences:
- Ƶ how to efficiently work on one’s mental health and well-being.
- Ƶ how to unwind with mindful meditation.
- Mindfulness.
- Gain benefits from learning deep relaxation yoga exercises.
- Practicing creative ways of dealing with stress in the classroom.
- Gain knowledge on how to create a stress-free environment through learning about the effects of art therapy.
- Recognize what triggers stress and find out how stress influences teaching and learning ability.
- Acquire knowledge on how to help students face stress.
Methodology & assessment
Continuous assessment - continuous observation of participant’s activity
Evaluation criteria:
Preparation, level of engagement in class, listening, questioning and discussing, problem-solving, group/partner teamwork
Evaluation procedures:
The evaluation will take place in the hosting organization and will be conducted
by teacher trainers at the end of the course.
Recognition conditions:
At least 80% of course attendance

All materials will be provided on-site and will be accessible after the course. Some courses require a phone or laptop, but you will be informed in advance to ensure you come prepared.
