Description

This 7-day training is rooted in the poetry of leadership and presence. With tools like journaling, storytelling, archetypes, and Shinrin-yoku (ÉÁÖÔ¡) ¨C the Japanese practice of forest bathing ¨C participants explore who they are as leaders when they are not performing, fixing, or proving. A safe, inclusive space to restore, reflect, and grow¡ªat the rhythm of breath, roots, and stories.

Methodology & assessment

This experiential course blends storytelling, embodied reflection, nature-based learning, and collaborative dialogue. ºìÌÒÊÓƵing is supported by creative workshops, myth-inspired exercises, movement, and peer sharing. Daily reflection circles and story labs allow for personal and professional insight. Inspired by the reflective language of Natalia de Barbaro and the ecological wisdom of Shinrin-yoku, sessions build presence, clarity, and connection. No formal assessment is given. Growth is measured through storytelling, leadership reflection tools, peer feedback, and a final creative action plan. While there is no formal assessment, participants develop a final story, a visual leadership postcard, and a personal action plan. These outcomes, along with daily reflection, form a portfolio of growth by the end of the course.
