Description

Through a hands-on, experience-based methodology and an international collaborative environment, participants will:
 

  • Gain practical tools to address the challenges of diversity in education 
  • Ƶ to identify and support students at risk of exclusion or disengagement Improve communication with students and families from diverse backgrounds 
  • Build capacity to foster empathy, motivation and participation in the classroom 
  • Ƶ a European network of professionals sharing good practices and experiences

     

The course is hosted in the beautiful city of Florence and combines professional development with international networking, offering participants the opportunity to return to their institutions equipped with new competences and a forward-looking approach to education.

  • Recognise and address intercultural and linguistic diversity in the classroom
  • Design inclusive learning activities and assessments
  • Develop and implement strategies for early identification of at-risk students
  • Engage in empathic communication and collaborative family relations
  • Apply practical strategies to support students with learning disabilities
  • Foster inclusive school cultures and policies

Methodology & assessment

The course applies a learning-by-doing approach, emphasising active participation, group-based learning, and hands-on experiences. All modules are paired with practical simulations or cooperative activities allowing participants to translate theoretical knowledge into usable strategies. The environment is international and collaborative, encouraging exchange of practices and mutual learning

Certification details

At the end of the course, participants will receive:

• Participation Certificate detailing the programme and outcomes achieved
• Europass Mobility Certificate (issued by Erasmus+ National Agencies) certifying the competences gained during the course

    * A 25% discount is applied to individuals enrolling in the online course and to groups of at least 6 people enrolling in the onsite course (480 Euro per person).

  • Cancellation & changes:

    Cancellation Policy

    To receive an 80% refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the program start date. For a 40% refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the program start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
