Description
Through a hands-on, experience-based methodology and an international collaborative environment, participants will:
- Gain practical tools to address the challenges of diversity in education
- Ƶ to identify and support students at risk of exclusion or disengagement Improve communication with students and families from diverse backgrounds
- Build capacity to foster empathy, motivation and participation in the classroom
Ƶ a European network of professionals sharing good practices and experiences
The course is hosted in the beautiful city of Florence and combines professional development with international networking, offering participants the opportunity to return to their institutions equipped with new competences and a forward-looking approach to education.

• Participation Certificate detailing the programme and outcomes achieved

Cancellation & changes:
Cancellation Policy
To receive an 80% refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the program start date. For a 40% refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the program start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
