Description

This course is a kind of teacher training course that aims to support school staff with ICT and AI  (Information and Communication Technology) based learning in their personal and professional development and school environment in line with priorities of the Erasmus Plus Program.

As you know, students' access to technology at school and home has increased astronomically over the last few years, which forces the teachers and trainers to use the ICT technology in their courses intensely to motivate the new generation of learners to learn, search and gather the information. Rapidly changing technology requires schools to integrate their teaching methods with ICT tools. So, teachers are expected to practice their newly developed skills in teaching. For this, teachers must have access to adequate training and ongoing professional development with that course program. Objectives of the course

- Modernization of your teaching style

- Developing a school policy plan on Integrating ICT tools into the school curriculum

- Introducing ICT skills and pedagogical skills

- Utilization of ICT in your teaching

- Developing positive attitudes towards ICT on the part of teachers and principals

- Using virtual learning environments

- Improving your teaching methods concerning technology

- Managing and integrating ICT in your lessons

- Developing your ICT skills and making use of various Web 2.0 tools and programs. You will be given the opportunity to try out and have practice and get feedback on all the programs introduced to you.

- Adaptation of the use of the tools to your teaching & learning situations & contexts

- Focusing on effective teaching strategies that encourage the active involvement of all students in productive educational environments.

- Getting familiarization with the tips for how to develop strategies to improve the educational quality of the school.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

Participants will receive guides, templates, and self-care plan frameworks tailored to teacher well-being and stress management. Digital tools like mindfulness apps, collaborative platforms, and interactive presentations will support learning. Non-digital resources, including stress management exercises, coaching case studies, and reflective journal prompts, will enhance hands-on activities. Additional curated resources on coaching strategies and professional resilience will be provided.

Certification details

- A course participation certificate will be given to all participants.

- A Europass Mobility Certificate will also be given if the participant demands it.

  • Course package content:

    The package includes all educational activities, training materials, access to digital tools and resources, and a Certificate of Attendance. A Europass Mobility Certificate is available upon request at no additional cost. The package does not include accommodation, meals, transportation, or personal expenses, which must be arranged by participants. Optional activities or excursions outside the course program may incur extra costs, and these will be communicated in advance.

  • Cancellation & changes:

    Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days before the course with a full refund, minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless due to force majeure, where partial refunds may be considered. Substitutions of participants are allowed up to 7 days before the course. In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, the course may be rescheduled, moved online, or canceled, with refund options for the course fee provided.
