GOING DIGITAL: EMBRACING AI IN EDUCATION IN PRAGUE (CZECHIA)
This 6-day Erasmus course has been designed for teachers who want to integrate educational apps and digital tools into their methodology. Participants will learn about some of the most suitable collaborative tools to foster students’ engagement and motivation. AI and online platforms will be integrated into the classroom as valuable tools to support each student’s learning rhythm.
Description
This training is a practical approach which helps teachers to improve quality and effectivity of educational processes in the classroom using new technologies. Students will be more motivated with game-creation and collaborative tools having fun while learning at the same time. Encouraging critical and creative thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills in our students are examples that will broaden your teaching potential.
Moreover, the course will focus on innovative methodologies to make content more visually engaging for students. With active learning techniques in our classroom, teachers will guide them in the educational process helping them to think, explain ideas or propose solutions. These techniques involve using AI’s tools for video-editing, team-building and digital boards to share.
Educators will develop strategies to increase student interest and participation using gamification and collaborative techniques.

This course covers all the needs to digitalize successfully your classroom using innovative techniques. In detail, the specific objectives of the course are:
• To provide teachers with practical ideas for how they can incorporate collaborative work into their existing lessons.
• To get a new insight on AI tools and learn new ways and practices to integrate new technologies into education.
• To be familiarized with different new methodologies to make education more engaging motivating and innovative.
• To present useful online resources which allow educators to have more active learning lessons developing team-work and critical thinking among the students.
• To exchange best practices and share experiences with participants and staff coming from different countries.
• To strengthen European collaboration among –past, present and future– participants.
Thanks to this course the participants will:
• Ƶ to use the top educational apps for engaging students in a cooperative classroom.
Methodology & assessment
By the end of the week, participants will gain practical expertise with many apps and educational platforms that will simplify and make more effective their work as educators thanks to the advances of AI. They will feel more confident in using the most appropriate tool in their classroom.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
The company will provide the majority of materials to participants and all the course contents will be shared in a digital format. Regarding this, participants' digital tools will be improved and there will be any doubts about sharing the materials. Actually, a Google Drive access will be given to participants, so they can download everything that has been receiving during the training time. Furthermore, monitoring and mentoring arrangements will take place during and after the course.
Certification details
The Project Management Society Erasmus Plus holding groups fulfills the Erasmus requirements about having a seat in the country where the course takes places and the group provides a local subsidiary company in this country. Czechia OID: E10390525
The company sends the Ƶing Agreement document at the moment of the registration in the course, providing you an attendance 35-hour certificate from Sunday to Friday, which includes all necessary details. A 5 or 7-day CA can be created upon request

Course package content:
The cost of the course includes course fees, a free guided city tour, transportation for the training activities if this is necessary, and, obviously, the certification of attendance is included as well. The company offers guidance and will help with all necessary documents that the participant can need. Accommodation, meals and transport to the venue is not included in the course fees but an optional cultural package is offered to deepen the local culture.

Cancellation & changes:
Cancellations and Reimbursements of course fees are detailed in the booking confirmation document, but summarizing:.
- If participants cancel at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, the company will refund the entire amount, minus 20% of the course fee. In another case, the participant will be allowed to join another course/session in the following 12 months.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the participant will receive a full reimbursement of the course fees.
