This course aims to improve participants’ practical skills in the design, management and funding of European projects (Erasmus and other actions), from shaping the idea, to identifying the right European action that suits our interests and the design of a good project to get the funds. Do not forget the deadlines to get accreditation in Erasmus! Ideal for all members of the project team.

- Module 2: European Platforms: ESP, EPALE, e-Twinning, etc. How to find partner institutions.
- Module 3: How to write a successful Project. Accreditation Form practice.
- Module 4: KA2 small scale and cooperation projects.
- Module 5: Beneficiary Module and Ulises.
- Module 6: Integrating the Project in our daily school working.
- Module 7: Funding and economical management.
Ƶing objectives
- Acquire knowledge and practical information about EU policies and funding opportunities 2020-2027, mainly Erasmus+, through specific and project- oriented learning sessions and making emphasis on the process of accreditation.
- Improve their practical skills related to the management of the application process through cooperative compilation of application forms and the análisis of successful projects.
- Ƶ and get guidance on the preparation and management of the financial, budgeting and contractual aspects through concrete examples and direct evidences.
- Ƶ best practices related to the planning and implementation of the preparatory, visibility, dissemination and follow-up phases through concrete case studies and successful projects.
Methodology & assessment
The course will combine theory input and discussion with analysis of practical incidents with the purpose of finding out different possible solutions. The methodology used is mainly content-based language instruction (communication through specific content).Text discussion, oral presentation and discussion, role-playing, self- and meta-reflection, debating and group interaction will be the strategies more frequently used.

Participants me be required to bring their own laptop.

Course package content:
It includes a 5-day course. Accommodation is not included with the fee, however, we are happy to provide recommendations and support you finding hotels, B&Bs, and local properties.
A guided walking tour is a part of each course.

Cancellation & changes:
If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course starts, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for future courses.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
