Our goal is to give you a deeper insight of the Estonian education system. With this benchmarking course that will be fully tailored to your needs, we also give you a chance to discover, discuss, share knowledge, exchange ideas and experience the Estonian schools by meeting and observing experts, teachers and pupils. You will learn how the Estonian education system operates.

During this course participants are introduced to some tools and some good model schools for building a systematic picture of their classroom practice or organization’s development and mechanisms.
The participants will understand the key elements of science/evidence-based education/didactics/systems.
The participants will acquire concrete school systems, methods and activities for engaging students or workers that they will be able to implement in the school.

Cancellation & changes:
In case of participant’s impossibility to attend the course (except force majeure), the Hosting Organization will reimburse the Sending Organization based on the following policy:
- For cancellations done at least 30 days before the start of the course: full reimbursement
- For cancellations done at least 5 days before the start of the course: reimbursement of the 80% of the grant amount
- For any other later cancellations: reimbursement of the 30% of the grant amount
