This course provides guidance for Erasmus+ KA1 project coordinators and staff, focusing on project management, coordination, communication, and handling administrative responsibilities. Participants will learn how to successfully manage Erasmus initiatives, with attention to individual challenges and good practices shared through group activities. The course emphasizes the processes that make a project both successful and financially viable.
ºìÌÒÊÓÆµing objectives
This course covers essential Erasmus+ KA1 project management skills, including understanding the framework, project planning, financial and administrative management, quality assurance, and risk management. It emphasizes effective communication, monitoring and evaluation, networking, and sustainability. Participants will learn how to ensure legal and ethical compliance, and present a mini-research project using the SPRE method for evaluation and practical application of the course concepts.

Certification details
Before the course, those with Erasmus+ grants will be provided with a sample for the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµing Agreement that include all details that describe the course in full (skills to be acquired, learning objectives, outcomes, timetable etc.) Upon the completion of the course, each participant will be awarded a certificate of attendance and a ºìÌÒÊÓÆµing Agreement Complement or Europass Mobility Certificate.
