Description

Environmental Education: Nature, Sustainability & Climate Action is a practical and inspiring training course designed for teachers who want to bring environmental topics to life in their classrooms. The course explores key themes such as biodiversity, climate change, circular economy, and sustainable living, while emphasizing hands-on, nature-based learning. Participants will discover innovative teaching strategies that connect students with real-world environmental challenges and empower them to become active global citizens. Methodology & assessment

The course Environmental Education: Nature, Sustainability & Climate Action uses an experiential, hands-on, and reflective teaching approach. Participants will learn through a mix of interactive workshops, outdoor activities, group discussions, project-based tasks, and real-world case studies. Emphasis will be placed on connecting theory with practice, encouraging teachers to engage directly with nature, design sustainable learning activities, and explore interdisciplinary links. Collaborative learning, critical dialogue, and creative problem-solving will be central methods, empowering participants to co-create ideas and solutions for environmental education challenges.
Assessment will be formative and continuous, focusing on participation, collaboration, and the practical application of skills. Certification details

Participants will receive a detailed Certificate of Attendance including their full name,names of the sender and host organisations, instructor name/names,course title, dates, total hour of instruction and location. The certificate will also feature a brief description highlighting the key topics covered during the course.

    The course package includes daily workshop handouts, tool guides, storyboarding templates, access to all presentation slides, and a resource library of storytelling samples and lesson ideas. These materials are designed to support continued practice and implementation after the course ends.
