Despite progress in education, gender disparities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) persist due to societal norms, implicit biases, and structural barriers.
Description
This 5-day training empowers educators and school leaders to identify and challenge gender stereotypes, create inclusive learning environments, and promote STEM opportunities for all students.
Through interactive workshops, case studies, and expert discussions, participants will develop practical strategies to foster gender equality in STEM education. The course will also explore mentorship, role models, and policy implementation to encourage long-term change in schools and institutions.

By the end of this course, participants will enhance their skills in:
- Understanding Gender Gaps – Recognizing systemic and cultural barriers in STEM education.
- Challenging Stereotypes – Identifying biases in teaching methods and learning materials.

The course fee includes a certificate of attendance of 25 hours following the Erasmus+ standards.

Course package content:
The course fee includes 5 day of training, training materials and certificates, learning agreements and Europass, pre-arrival and on-site assistance, and coffee corner. It is possible to request a budget for extra services like Accommodation, Airport transfers and cultural activities and trips.

Cancellation & changes:
If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date but it is possible to postpone the dates.
