Description

This training course offers a comprehensive exploration of educational leadership, focusing on how leaders at all levels can drive transformation in schools. Participants will learn strategies to foster a positive school culture, build and manage effective teams, and implement innovative practices for academic and social success. Through interactive sessions, we will delve into key topics such as inclusive leadership, crisis management, and fostering strong school-family-community partnerships. Experts in educational leadership will contribute to the course, sharing insights on data-driven decision-making and sustainable change. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the tools and frameworks to lead with purpose, inspire their teams, and create lasting impact within their school communities. Primary Goals:

1) To empower educators with leadership strategies that foster transformation, innovation, and collaboration, enhancing academic outcomes and creating a positive school culture.

2) To provide participants with practical tools for managing teams, leading change, and addressing challenges in diverse educational environments, promoting inclusive leadership and sustainable growth.


 

Secondary Goals:

1) To develop effective communication and conflict resolution skills, enabling participants to navigate difficult situations and build trust within teams.

2) To enhance understanding of inclusive leadership, ensuring that all learners are supported and schools promote equity.

3) To improve data-driven decision-making skills, enabling participants to use evidence for informed leadership and school improvement.

Methodology & assessment

The course will blend a variety of teaching methods, combining expert-led sessions on specific topics with teacher-centered presentations. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, role-playing, and work on real case studies to apply leadership strategies in practical contexts. Experts in key areas will provide deep insights, and collaborative discussions will foster a dynamic learning environment. This approach ensures participants gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills

  • Certificate of Attendance: Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance in line with Erasmus quality standards.
