Methodology & assessment

Our trainers use different strategies for fostering Emotional Intelligence: cultivating self-awareness; teaching self-regulation, promoting emotional intelligence through classroom culture, and other strategies.
Our trainers use three generally accepted ways to measure EI: self-reporting, other-reporting, and ability testing.
