Methodology & assessment

The five-day Erasmus+ training for teachers will primarily utilize non-formal, hands-on teaching methods to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Activities will include collaborative group work, practical workshops, case studies, role-playing, and scenario-based problem-solving exercises. These methods are designed to ensure active participation and foster peer learning. Participants' learning will be assessed through self-assessment tools such as reflective journals, personal learning portfolios, and feedback sessions. These tools will encourage participants to evaluate their progress, identify areas for improvement, and align their learning outcomes with the objectives of the training program. This approach ensures that participants remain at the center of their learning journey, promoting both personal and professional growth.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

The Erasmus+ training program will incorporate a variety of materials, digital tools, and other learning resources to support an interactive and comprehensive learning experience. Participants will have access to training manuals, case studies, and best practice guides tailored to the program's objectives. Digital tools such as interactive presentations, collaborative platforms (e.g., Padlet, Miro), and video conferencing software will be utilized for virtual activities and discussions. Addition

Certification details
