Don’t Be a Bore! is a bold, hands-on course designed to energize educators by integrating creativity and mindfulness into everyday teaching. Rooted in 21st-century learning needs, this course offers a practical and transformative approach to creating learning environments where students feel calm, curious, and connected.
- Participants learn practical techniques to inspire creativity among students while incorporating mindfulness practices to improve focus, resilience, and overall well-being.

Methodology & assessment
Every participant needs to complete the Needs Analysis before taking the course.
Course learnings can be used by educators, parents and guardians’ associations as well as any artistic, cultural, environmental or research group active with children and school communities.
Target group: kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers, secondary school teachers, adult education and VET providers, head teachers, deputy heads, future head teachers, trainers, councilors, librarians, researchers, NGO workers, volunteers in the education sector, as well as university professors and lecturers.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Materials include guided mindfulness scripts, outdoor and indoor lesson scenarios, a set of exercises for training and developing creativity, art supplies for expressive activities, yoga supplies (e.g.massage balls). Digital resources involve guided audio and video tools for meditation and mindfulness, a digital handbook for practicing creativity, innovative apps that support mindfulness and creative thinking, and online community platforms for sharing experiences and reflections.

Course package content:
The total cost of the seven-day course is €560 (€80 per day). This includes:
- Tuition fees
- Course materials
- One guided city tour
- Coffee breaks
- All required documentation (certificates, Ƶing Agreement, Ƶing Agreement Complement, Europass Mobility document)
- Additionally, we offer optional cultural trips during the course, which are arranged with a trusted local company. Details and pricing will be available two months before the course begins.

Cancellation & changes:
must be communicated via Mail (courses@spatiateacheracademy.eu).
Enrolled students who cannot take part in the course for any reasons can always be replaced by another participant from the same organization, free of charge.
If students cancel at least 3 months before the beginning of the course(s), SPATIA will refund the entire amount.
In case of force majeure the Foundation will offer the possibility to change dates and course to students free of charge.
